Meals and Banquet
Meals will be
available in the college cafeteria during the stevne. There is a coffee shop
in the student union, and coffee and "goodies"
will be available in each classroom.

Rosemary scented, pan seared chicken breast with

squash with grilled sweet corn, sweet peas, and roasted tomato coulis
Red cabbage and apple salad wtih carrots,
spinach, candied pecans, chevre and honey-cider vinaigrette
Butter whipped potatoes with fresh thyme and
Braised carrots wtih sauteed green beans
Herbed dinner rolls with whipped buttter
Riskrem with warm raspberry syrup and
Ice water, lemonade, and coffee
